Above the central porch is located the breakfast room, a wide salon with a large fireplae. During the day it is possible to use the room as a common area to stay and drink something warm (thanks to the kettle available for the guests and the rich selection of tea and tisanes) and chat quietly.

From the breakfast room, it is possible to access a mezzanine, which basically represents a small living room equipped with a tv and a table where the guests can relax.

Private parking in a space covered by a pergola where guests can park their car inside the mansion's courtyard area. Completely enclosed area and equipped with CCTV.

Guests can freely access and benefit from a wide portion of garden and gazebo where they can enjoy fresh air.

Managers are always available to help guests organize and book guided tours in acetaie, dairies, cellars, showrooms/museums and factories of the main productive realities of the area, in particular of the car industry such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Pagani, Ducati.
