Vi informiamo che il nostro B&B aderisce all'iniziativa "Modena ti regala una notte"

L’iniziativa prevede il rimborso diretto da parte della Camera di Commercio del costo di un pernottamento a chi soggiorna almeno due notti nel weekend (venerdì, sabato, domenica) presso strutture ricettive della provincia di Modena regolarmente iscritte al Registro delle Imprese. La seconda notte viene rimborsata fino ad un massimo di € 200 a camera/notte.

La richiesta di rimborso può essere presentata sia da privati cittadini che da imprese (aziende, tour operator, organizzatori di eventi etc), sia italiane che straniere.

Importo del rimborso

Il rimborso per ogni camera non potrà superare i 200,00 € e ciascun soggetto richiedente (turista o impresa) non potrà ricevere rimborsi complessivamente superiori ai 2.000,00 € nel caso di più camere/soggiorni nell'arco del periodo di validità dell'iniziativa. Come riferimento verrà rimborsato il costo dell'ultima notte del weekend.

• Esempio: soggiorno di 2 notti (sabato + domenica) a 160 € a notte (totale 320 €) → rimborso 160 €. 
• Soggiorno di 2 notti (sabato + domenica) a 220 € a notte (totale 440 €) → rimborso 200 €

Se vengono prenotate più camere, il rimborso massimo è 2.000 € per ogni richiedente complessivi nel periodo della durata della promozione.

• Esempio: 2 camere per 2 notti a 150 € a notte (totale 600 €) → rimborso totale 300 € (150 € x 2 camere).

Periodo di validità: dal 6 marzo al 30 agosto 2026, salvo esaurimento fondi.

Cosa deve fare il cliente

• Scegliere liberamente una struttura ricettiva in provincia di Modena (iscritta al Registro delle imprese)
• Prenotare il proprio soggiorno nel weekend per almeno due notti consecutive (es. Arrivo venerdì e partenza alla domenica o arrivo di sabato e partenza di lunedì.
• Dopo aver pagato ed effettuato il soggiorno, il cliente presenterà richiesta di rimborso direttamente alla Camera di Commercio, allegando la documentazione richiesta (ci sarà un modulo online sul sito della Camera di Commercio a partire dal 6/3 (https://www.mo.camcom.it/promozione/turismo/modena-ti-regala-una-notte)Please be advised that our B&B is participating in the "Modena Gives You a Night" initiative.

  The initiative provides direct reimbursement from the Chamber of Commerce for the cost of one night's accommodation for those staying at least two nights over the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at accommodations in the province of Modena duly registered with the Companies Register. The second night will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €200 per room/night.

  Reimbursement requests can be submitted by both private citizens and businesses (companies, tour operators, event organizers, etc.), both Italian and foreign.

  Reimbursement Amount

  The reimbursement for each room cannot exceed €200.00, and each applicant (tourist or business) cannot receive a total reimbursement exceeding €2,000.00 for multiple rooms/stays during the initiative's validity period. As a guideline, the cost of the last night of the weekend will be refunded.

  Example: 2-night stay (Saturday + Sunday) at €160 per night (total €320) → €160 refund.

  2-night stay (Saturday + Sunday) at €220 per night (total €440) → €200 refund.
  If multiple rooms are booked, the maximum refund is €2,000 per applicant in total during the promotion period.

  Example: 2 rooms for 2 nights at €150 per night (total €600) → €300 total refund (€150 x 2 rooms).

  Valid from March 6 to August 30, 2026, subject to availability.

  What the customer must do

  Freely choose a lodging facility in the province of Modena (registered in the Business Register)
  Book your weekend stay for at least two consecutive nights (e.g., arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday, or arrival on Saturday and departure on Monday).
  After paying and completing the stay, the customer will submit a refund request directly to the Chamber of Commerce, attaching the required documentation (an online form will be available on the Chamber of Commerce website starting March 6th (https://www.mo.camcom.it/promozione/turismo/modena-ti-regala-una-notte).
