It is the dairy that produces the Parmesan cheese of the Bianca Modenese cow, a typical breed of our hilly area. We suggest visiting at 8.30 am because then you will see the production live, the cheesemaker who prepares the cooking of the milk and prepares the cheese wheels. And at the end of the visit a beautiful tasting with all the products of the dairy.<br \/>\nThe dairy is the official supplier of the Parmesan cheese of the restaurants of the famous Chef Massimo Bottura.<\/p>\n<p>The rate is 20 euros per person with visit and tasting. For visits in English, there is an additional cost of 40 euros for the interpreter. It is a family-run dairy and you can see the production, the storage warehouse and the stable, as well as have a final tasting of all the seasonings.<br \/>\nThe rate is 22 euros per person. Learning about them helps us understand how to contribute to their protection.\u00a0Discover with us through a visit to a beehive, the complex society of bees.<\/p>\n<p>Wearing beekeeper suits we will open the hive in search of the queen bee and observe what nectar they are collecting, how they build the wax, the cycle of their metamorphosis and how they take industrious flight in search of new blooms.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by our beekeeper you can get in touch with these fragile pollinating insects, and their vibrant family.<\/p>\n<p>The visit to the apiary can be organized from the end of March to mid-October, choosing the hottest hours in the spring\/autumn months The feasibility of the visit is however subject to weather conditions, in case of rain or strong wind it may be canceled<br \/>\nVisit to the apiary (duration 45 min) at a minimum cost of \u20ac 50 (up to 2 people).
