The choice of the name to give to the R&B was very hard, as in the name we wanted to sum up the meaning of this place. Feo is short for Alfeo, Paolo’s father, to who the R&B is symbolically dedicated, as a further result of the efforts made together with his wife in their life, devoted to the work in the land (and not only).

Walnut trees (Noci) have always characterised the mansion and the green area around: two big walnut trees were placed in front of the mansion and a walnut forest has been planted on the northern side of the mansion. This was Feo’s favourite plant..from this the name of the R&B, “Le Noci di Feo” (literally Feo’s walnut trees).
